N\u00e9anmoins, je vais vous donner quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments afin de vous\u00a0 permettre de vous forger une repr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n<p>Des principes forts\u00a0 sont rappel\u00e9s dans chacune de nos s\u00e9ances. Le 1er nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents ! Le 2nd, nous avons chacun notre histoire. Ces principes guident la d\u00e9marche de la s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<p>En 1er lieu, reconna\u00eetre que nos morphologies et physiologies sont diff\u00e9rentes d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Plus grand, plus petit, des os ou des muscles plus ou moins longs, des ligaments plus ou moins courts&#8230;\u00a0 Prendre en compte la morphologie de\u00a0 chacun lors des s\u00e9ances est essentiel. Je ne vous demanderai pas un alignement impossible !<\/p>\n<p>En 2nd,\u00a0 accepter les diff\u00e9rences d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de chacun: tensions nerveuses, stress, d\u00e9contraction, libert\u00e9&#8230; A nouveau, chacun chemine \u00e0 son rythme. L&rsquo;harmonie entre la respiration et les asana (postures) apportent une unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Trois formes de yoga vous sont propos\u00e9es. Il permet une ma\u00eetrise du corps, une harmonisation des mouvements avec sa respiration. La pratique des asana (postures) apaise l&rsquo;esprit, assouplit le corps, permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de circuler. Il trouve son origine dans des textes anciens, les Yoga Sutras de Patanjali. Le Hatha Yoga, relie le yin et le yang. Ha d\u00e9signe le soleil et Tha la Lune : c&rsquo;est donc l&rsquo;union du soleil et de la lune.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient au plus grand nombre car chacun chemine, \u00e0 son rythme et au rythme de sa respiration dans un esprit de conscience corporelle et int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lors des s\u00e9ances<\/strong>, je propose un temps de connexion \u00e0 soi suivi d\u2019un apprentissage des postures et d\u2019encha\u00eenements en relation avec les respirations. Les s\u00e9ances se terminent par une pause relaxante d\u2019int\u00e9gration des bienfaits ou par une courte m\u00e9ditation. La pratique du Yin yoga permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la flexibilit\u00e9 globale du corps, les mouvements des articulations et rel\u00e2che les tensions log\u00e9es dans les tissus, notamment les tissus conjonctifs: ligaments, facias&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient aux sportifs qui souhaitent compl\u00e9ter leur entrainement. Il convient aux personnes qui souhaitent renouer avec (ou d\u00e9nouer) leur corps en douceur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette forme de yoga, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la vie moderne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e ces vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est aupr\u00e8s de S\u00e9bastian Purcelle et Muriel Burellier qu\u2019une de nos professeurs suit ses formations. Ces derniers sont eux-m\u00eames vivement recommand\u00e9s par Paul et Susy Grilley, dont leur contribution \u00e0 consid\u00e9rablement participer \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre et evoluer le yin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les s\u00e9ances<\/strong> agissent sur le rel\u00e2chement des tensions accumul\u00e9es dans les muscles, les tissus conjonctifs\u2026le squelette. Elles am\u00e8nent dans un \u00e9tat d\u2019introspection propice au l\u00e2cher-prise. C&rsquo;est un ancrage spontan\u00e9 et sans effort dans notre v\u00e9ritable nature, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire dans le <strong>Soi,<\/strong><em> l&rsquo;Atman.<\/em> C&rsquo;est un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans lequel le \u00ab\u00a0je\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;on appelle aussi l&rsquo;ego est totalement absorb\u00e9 dans le v\u00e9ritable sujet que nous appelons le \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Soi<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques rep\u00e8res<\/strong> <strong>utiles<\/strong> afin d&rsquo;installer la m\u00e9ditation: le regard int\u00e9rieur s&rsquo;installe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la synchronisation des mouvements et de la respiration. Lorsque l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution est devenue facile, prendre conscience que la pens\u00e9e se d\u00e9place en v\u00e9hiculant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<strong>L&rsquo;ambiance vibratoire\u00a0<\/strong><strong>subtile\u00a0<\/strong>repr\u00e9sente les ambiances physiques, psychiques et spirituelles qui composent tout \u00eatre humain. <strong>L&rsquo;attention<\/strong> est le premier stade qui am\u00e8ne \u00e0 la <strong>concentration.<\/strong> <em>Tr\u00e2taka<\/em> et <em>ek\u00e2grat\u00e2\u00a0<\/em>est la concentration , tels des rayons du soleil au travers d&rsquo;une loupe.<strong> Le l\u00e2cher prise<\/strong> s&rsquo;installe <em>sukha<\/em>.
