Les notions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques y sont importantes et l\u2019exercice de base qui consiste \u00e0 poser son \u00abregard int\u00e9rieur \u00bb d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Ces s\u00e9ances favorisent donc, un affinement de tous les sens et une <strong>meilleure connaissance de soi<\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Jn\u00e2na<\/em><\/span>. Les\u00a0 mantras contribuent, aussi, \u00e0 renforcer ce retour vers soi. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce <strong>Hatha Yoga est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les publics<\/strong>. Donc, les postures et encha\u00eenements sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s avec <strong>3 degr\u00e9s de r\u00e9alisation<\/strong> . Ainsi, chacun prend le niveau le plus mieux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses possibilit\u00e9s du moment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce Yoga est tr\u00e8s inspir\u00e9 par l\u2019enseignement de <strong>Boris Tatzky<\/strong>, directeur du conservatoire du Yoga d\u2019Aix et \u00e9l\u00e8ve de <strong>T.K.V. DESIKACHAR<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00ab\u00a0Je me suis form\u00e9e, aussi, au <strong>yoga en entreprise <\/strong>et titulaire du certificat professionnel \u00a0\u00bb Instructeur en m\u00e9ditation et yoga entreprise. J&rsquo;apporte, ainsi, au sein de celles ci , des s\u00e9ances favorisant la d\u00e9tente, la concentration , le bien \u00eatre au travail .\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399;\">En compl\u00e9ment de ma formation de base <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Je me suis form\u00e9e au <strong>Yoga Nejang, <\/strong> aupr\u00e8s des \u00ab\u00a0amis de Sowa Rigpa\u00a0\u00bb, membre de Sorig Khang International. J&rsquo;ai pu approfondir mes connaissances par l&rsquo;\u00e9tude\u00a0 Sowa Rigpa (Tib. \u0f42\u0f66\u0f7c\u0f0b\u0f56\u0f0b\u0f62\u0f72\u0f42\u0f0b\u0f54\u0f0b) la \u201cScience de la Gu\u00e9rison\u201d, syst\u00e8me m\u00e9dical du Tibet et d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions de l\u2019Himalaya dont le Bhoutan, le N\u00e9pal, le Ladakh, le Sikkim et aussi la Mongolie et la Russie. Le Yin Yoga est une approche douce alli\u00e9e \u00e0 un rythme lent, ce qui permet de <strong>d\u00e9velopper la relaxation physique et l&rsquo;introspection<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u2028\u2028Au cours de cette pratique, des \u00e9tirements de longues dur\u00e9es sont appliqu\u00e9s en combinant la respiration abdominale. Les postures maintenues peuvent aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 minutes et plus. Je l&rsquo;ai pratiqu\u00e9 avec Sebastian Purcelle et Murielle Burellier, eux-m\u00eames , \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Paul et Suzy Grilley, fondateur du Yin Yoga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>Paul Grilley a souvent dit que \u00ab\u00a0Vingt postures, c\u2019est beaucoup !\u00a0\u00bb Vous n\u2019avez pas besoin de beaucoup de postures pour toucher profond\u00e9ment <strong>les zones cl\u00e9s du corps<\/strong> dans une pratique de Yin Yoga.
